About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Product Manager/Owner who will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the real estate sector. Your mission will be to oversee and guide the development of two groundbreaking products: a platform facilitating agent-free property sales in Dubai, and a comprehensive CRM system designed for real estate agencies across the MENA region.
You will become a key member of our Technology department teams based in Dubai. In your role as a Product Owner, your primary responsibilities will include developing strategies to bridge gaps between end-user needs and the development team's output, as well as engaging with stakeholders to discuss and align on development strategies.
Your role will involve:
- Developing, ranking, and validating product assumptions to enhance key metrics and achieve objectives.
- Managing both the product validation and delivery backlogs, including maintenance and prioritization.
- Collaborating closely with the Business System Analyst group, the Product Designers team, and Senior Management to establish product specifications.
- Articulating the product vision to the development team and setting priorities for iterations and quarterly cycles.
- Regularly tracking and evaluating product performance metrics, especially following the introduction of new features.
- Sharing development strategies and quarterly roadmaps with stakeholders.
- Working in tandem with the development team leader to refine team processes and activities.
- Overseeing the monitoring of tasks, key milestones, and overall project status to ensure transparency for the team and other stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 4 years in a product owner or manager role, preferably in a technology or IT-focused field.
- Proven track record of leading diverse project teams, including designers, developers, data analysts, and quality assurance personnel.
- Practical experience with effective agile methodologies, like SCRUM or comparable frameworks.
- Skills in project prioritization, managing change, and aligning customer expectations.
- Background in competitive analysis, user research, and informed by product analytics.
- Proficiency in defining key product performance indicators, conducting A/B and UX testing.
